Taller de cine de autor – Alumnos y maestros de la ”Universidad Internacional del Pacífico”
The artist Nino held different sessions with several students and teachers of the “International University of the Pacific”, during the sessions various contents were addressed, such as what is art, the place of cinema within art, the explicit and implicit structure in the movies, the sociocultural context of some directors and the origins of the cinema.
Finally, 2 films were analyzed, one of them,
“Landscape in the fog” by the Greek director Theo Angelopolus and “Flaneur” by Nino Cozzi. In the end there was a delivery of awards with curricular value by the artist, issued by the university.

Studied Cinematography in Arte 7 (2009-2011), during this period produced many Audiovisual work. He has also studied Documentary and Script courses, and a Workshop in San Sebastian, Spain by the filmmaker Victor Erice.
In colaboration with the UNHCR, he produces and directs the “En Otra Tierra” (2010) about 5 reffugees living in Mexico City, which had many screenings in different events regarding human rights in Latinoamerica.
He is Academic Coordinator in Arte7 Film School. And for several years has been teaching.
He is Director and Co-Founder of Festival del Puerto, a film festival in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, and this year will celebrate its third edition.
He directed the film “Flaneur” with the support of a grant by FONCA, in Audiovisual media.
Right now he is developing a proyect called Cinekomuna, a platform seeking to integrate the entire Cinematographic community in Mexico.
