Cuqui Jerez, Óscar Bueno

– Casa Wabi 2023

Community Project

The multidisciplinary proposal of this group had to do with the choreographic, the object, the scenographic, the pictorial, the musical, the plastic, and the theoretical, developing exercises to explore the limit of language from an aesthetic experience of contemplation. Living paintings were made, composed in space-time, and set in motion, generating non-explicit narratives. Based on an aesthetic experience that allows deactivating the daily perception of the world and placing oneself within the limits of language, with the “Las Ultracosas” project, the participants also became aware of their bodies, objects, and space.
