Final Result: Bus stop made from metal, wood, and palm leaf.
The project contemplated the design and execution of a bus stop which was installed at the highway’s entry leading to Casa Wabi and other touristic complexes in the area.
Local materials were used in work alongside blacksmiths and carpenters from Río Grande.
The bus stop becomes a place of rest and gathering for the employees and daily visitors to the “El Vigía” beach’s cultural and touristic complex.

Born in Mexico City in 1982. Raised in a family of artists , architects and designers, so he began developing his artistics skills from an early age. Manuel studied at the Chelsea College if Arts and Design in London, where he graduated with honors in Fine Arts. Shortly after graduating, he became the fist mexican member of the RSS (Real Sociedad de Escultores). After many years of living in Great Britain, he returned to Mexico to work on several proyects of monumental sculpture in the Sonora desert. The proyect is still in process and Manuel is currently living in Mexico City.
