Community Project

Estudio Móvil – El Cacalote y El Venado
The Belgian filmmaker based in Mexico, Julien Devaux, built a mobile photo studio, in which he portrayed families in the communities of El Venado and Cacalote. Devaux reminded the participants of the importance of family portrait as a social and identity-building activity with this project. All the portrayed families received their photographs printed in postal size.
