Community Project

In works of contemporary art, the everyday objects we frequently encounter and the diversity of materials speak to us in a language. The materials that an artist prefers to use are usually overshadowed by the content or the narrative, yet the material itself offers form and concept. This workshop, focused on the use of material, space, and time will interrogate the possibilities for developing another look at everyday objects.
Interrogating the possibilities for developing artistic ways through looking at everyday objects and widening our scope. Appreciating our environment with all the possibilities and meanings it offers us.
