Kawahara by Hugo Huerta Marin is presented as an artist travel diary during his residency at Casa Nano, (Tokyo) in February 2019. Huerta Marin conducts a personal search for the family of his Japanese great-grandfather, who migrated to Mexico during the Porfiriato and died in the Mexican Revolution. Consequently, he transports us to places in Japan with its contrasts and peculiarities.
